I work with adjusters, nurse case managers, attorneys, employers, TPAs and insurers to connect injured workers with the right providers and services. Not sure who to call? Reach out. If I can point you in the right direction, I will.

Hi, I’m Kristi Bybee, owner and CEO of KB Consulting NV LLC. I’ve worked in Nevada healthcare since 2000, with 17 years specializing in workers’ compensation.

I started KB Consulting NV because I saw a need to bridge the gap between medical providers and the workers’ compensation industry.

I understand the challenges physicians face in treating injured workers, and the needs of adjusters, nurse case managers, employers and insurance companies.

Over the years, I’ve built relationships throughout Nevada’s workers’ compensation community. Bringing people together and finding solutions is what I enjoy most about my work.

I work directly with physicians and their staff on education, training, credentialing, marketing and business development. I help practices understand the process and find opportunities to grow.

I serve as Secretary of the Nevada Disability Prevention Coalition (NDPC) and Director of the Nevada Self-Insurers Association (NSIA). I believe education, communication and strong working relationships help improve the system for everyone.
